Repeat Prescriptions
If you take medication on a long term basis, you can request a repeat prescription by using following options
Online Access -To use the online system you will need to register using a print-out supplied at the surgery. Simply come into the surgery and request a 'Patient Access PIN' at reception. For security reasons we require ID to confirm your identity (e.g. Passport/Driver's Licence/Utility bill). The service is only available to those aged 16+.

Alternatively, you can email us at brccg.scripts.armada@nhs.net
We do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions due to the possibility of confusion and mistakes.
Collections
You will assist us greatly by requesting your repeat prescription at least one week before your medication runs out. Your prescription will be available for you to pick up after 3 working days.
You can also ask for it to be collected from a local pharmacy. Our local pharmacists can also arrange to deliver your tablets to your home. Please put prescription slips in the box in the lobby area.
Alternatively, you can post the right hand side of your prescription slip to us. Please enclose a SAE to enable us to reply. We cannot accept requests over the telephone for safety reasons.
Some local chemists have a collection and delivery service.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a practice pharmacist at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow three full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
